Group Training & Yoga Sessions

One to one personal training sessions are tailored to suit your specific needs. My first visit will be a free consultation / trial session to discuss your needs and goals and answer any questions you may have. On the initial personal training session a personal information form is completed that captures accurate measurements of height, weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, resting pulse, flexibility and body measurements along with a personal fitness questionnaire (PARQ) and assessment. This information will be used to monitor and motivate you as you progress through your training.
